Melissa Harman has been part of the TC Public Relations team since November 2007. She has a keen understanding of new social media and a strong belief in 100% customer service. Prior to TCPR, Melissa had public relations positions with the San Antonio Sports Foundation and the Chicago Sky WNBA team as well as an event planning internship with Mid-America Sports & Events Group.
Melissa, a Chicago suburbs native, graduated Cum Laude from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in communications and German. She worked as Advertising Executive for the school newspaper and was also a tour guide for the Office of Admissions. These positions allowed her to put her enthusiasm and creativity to good use.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Melissa playing soccer, coaching soccer and trying to get Americans excited about soccer (the real football). Melissa also promises herself that after she’s had enough Chicago winters, she will head west to become a pineapple farmer in Hawaii.
